Customer and Contractor together detail the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
For TEST SYSTEM DESIGN is necessary to clarify the following items:
- What types of products will be tested: digital, analogue or combined?
- What is the maximum amount of test products? Is there a description of these products and you can give them to us?
- Is there already developed methods of testing?
- Is there a requirement for speed for testing?
- How and by what means today tested a product?
- Is there ready equipment for testing? If yes, is there any documentation on it and whether you can to send it to us?
- How are identified the tested product (paper label with the product number, bar code, QR code)?
- Do you do the analysis of the causes of the defect?
- Do you do a retest after correction of the defect?
- Is it necessary to make the authorization of test operators?
- Is there an accepted form of the test report on the product?
- What language is used for the documentation and interface?
