The laboratory stand Automated Production Line can be used by research groups for the development of production line automation systems and for hands-on study of Automation Control Systems and computer programming disciplines.
The laboratory stand Automated Production Line is based on the NI cRIO hardware platform of National Instruments. Course software has been developed in the NI LabVIEW Graphical Programming Environment. The laboratory stand consists of the following modules:
The laboratory test bench Industrial Sensors is designed as educational equipment for laboratory and practical training for students studying subjects related to automated control systems. Training stand allows you to become familiar with the principles of operation and characteristics of various sensors. The laboratory stand Industrial Sensors is based on the NI cRIO and NI Smart Camera hardware platform of National Instruments. Course software has been developed in NI LabVIEW Graphical Programming Environment. The test bench is used to acquaint students with the characteristics of some sensors (photosensors, capacitance and inductance sensors, color sensors), the principle of operation of the vacuum gripping mechanisms, methods of installation and control of air cylinder, methods of identification and detection of defects using Smart Camera.
